I have over 12 years of massage and bodywork experience beginning in 1999 as I completed Reiki 1 attunement. Since then I have taken a myriad of western and eastern styles of massage while continuously expanding my knowledge and skills in the realms of massage and manual therapy, bodywork, yoga, and healing arts.

-Meridan Institute & Wellness Center - Wayne, PA, 2000-2002; 400 hrs of classes in Asian bodywork and massage including Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure (JSD), Shiatsu, and Chinese Meridian Theory
-Colorado School of Healing Arts - Lakewood, CO, 2005-2006; 600 hr clinical massage therapy program with focus on swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, and neuromuscular massage therapies.
-Colorado School of Healing Arts - Lakewood, CO, 2006; 300 hr Advanced Neuromuscular Massage and Therapy Program specializing in treatment of trigger points, postural dysfunction, repetitive stress injuries, and other soft tissue injuries
-Thai Massage Training with Cosmic Energy Thai Massage in Ko Phangan, Thailand, January 2008; 30 hrs of thai massage training under the tutelage of Master Roeng
-Old Medicine Hospital - Chiang Mai, Thailand, October 2008; 60 hrs of training in the sublime teaching of northern style Thai Massage, including the utilizing and creating Thai herbal compresses
-Thai Massage Training with Master Pichette Boothume, Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2008; 2 wks of training with the acclaimed master of Thai massage
-Tibetan Universal Massage Institute in McLeod Ganj, Himashal Pradash, India, August 2008; 30 hrs of training with Professor Dhondup including instruction in postural assessment, muscles and tendon release, kidney massage, pressure points, etc

-Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians for Manual Therapists -July 2012; 18 hr Weekend Intensive covering the theory and application of Myofasical Meridians. Learned how to assess & analyze client’s postural and movement patterns with greater accuracy and integration
West Chester University, West Chester, PA, 2004; Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology with minor in Health Sciences; key classes taken include behavior modification, nutrition, mind/body health, botanical medicine, and transcultural health practices
Agama Yoga - Jan 2008 - Koh Phangan, Thailand; 150 Hr First Month Intensive including teachings in tantric yoga, kundalini, chakra awareness, sound healing, Ayurvedic Principles of Healing, macrobiotics pranayama, etc
Qi Yoga - Winter 2011 - 200 Hr Yoga Alliance Approved Program led by Dawnelle Arthur- instruction in teaching power vinyasa yoga with a emphasis on Anusura style techniques and universal principles of alignment.
